Ingredient List

2 packed tbsp. akamo mix
2 tbsp. cool water
1 cup hot water
Sugar to taste
mint leaves for garnish


In a glass bowl, mix 2 tbsp. akamo mix with 2 tbsp. water until a smooth consistency. In a sauce pan, place 1 cup of boiling water and add the akamo into the hot water mixing it with a spoon consistently to prevent lumps from forming. The akamo will change from a white color to an opaque color. Remove from heat and place in bowl. Add sugar to taste and garnish with a mint leave. Serve hot.
